Heart 4 poetry
I love writing. It has been my passion for years.
I started writing when I was only eight. I had my first poem published at ten through a poetry contest. Poetry is a major part of my life.
I can write my life down in a simple page of poetry.
I have not yet been recognized for my writing talent, but I hope to publish many poems and books in the near future.( I am now fourteen and still writing)

Have you ever looked
deep into a sad child’s eyes or
have you ever stopped to listen

Most people refuse to believe it

that many children need mercy today

The dark is too bright
and I’m falling awake.
My pencil won’t write
and this paper is fake.

and my fur coat is rough.

Sweet morning time comes
and awakens the ever shining star.
The sun peeks through my window.
“Arise…Arise…” he says.
I cover my face.

I feel the the dew
from the fresh cut
grass beneath my
bare feet. The
