Devil’s Angel

She is devil’s angel
and my most beautiful regret
her smile is a sweet deceit
and her beautiful face is hard to forget
her voice is like peace-giving orison
and her charm is irresistible all the time
She is the queen of all trades
powered with joy and death bells, yet always kind

She descends from a faraway fairyland
and rises from a radiance
the nature turns connoisseur of her beauty
and all minds are tranquilized of her presence
her actions are emotionless
and she hails justice on the basis of morality
She defeats the gales and the gravity
ceasing the evils of their insanity, yet never fatigued

She is pure like the sacred streams
and walks like an oblivion lost in dreams
she keeps the feelings of her heart untold
and holds no hunger for food, love or gold
her life has no compulsions
and she lives independent of clutches and rules
She lives in divergence of life’s best delights
dedicating her life to others beyond their demise, yet remains unheard

~~ If ever reality and fantasy coalesced,
‘devil’s angel’ would be the world’s princess ~~

When It’s Time

I hear a heartfelt sob deep within my soul,
It touches me in such a way, yet for why I don’t really know
I pondered on the reason why this sound has come to me
As I think of all that had past and worry of what is to be
My mother the earth weeps for all that has been done
She sees all her children’s fate, past, present and beyond
I ask the Great Spirit how can one single soul stop all that has been done
He smiles His light on me and says, my child you have only just begun
Your words are read by many who also seek the answer to the question WHY
You carry the wisdom and heart of all your people who now dwell in the sky
The sobs you hear are your very own
For all those who now have gone
Gone from this world but they memory and spirit live on
Deep in your heart or hearts you know they are always near
Look in your soul my child and that’s where I am
Close beside you holding your hand
You still have much to do my child for it still is not the time
But know when your time does come, we will walk together with your hand in
mine

Will You Still Feel The Same

Have I said too much
Have I caused you to go
I sit here and long for your gentle touch
And the warmth of the love I had come to know
If I could turn back to the time
When you were here with me
I’d change it all in a heart beat
And hold on to that moment for an eternity
Friendship and compassion took us closer to another level in our lives
Are the feelings we share strong enough to survive
Survive distance and time
Knowing that forever our souls are intertwined
Never stop feeling or caring
Always sharing
I sit and wonder is it still the same
If I close my eyes and whisper your name
Will you hear me and still feel the same

Goodbye mum.

As my mother close’s her eye’s,
I cry out loud,
I’ll miss her so much,
Goodbye mum.

I think really hard about all of our memories,
I hope one day the war will finally be over.
I’ll miss her beautiful blue eyes,
Goodbye mum.

I know that someday mum will get me,
and save my life from a cruel person
i just know,
Goodbye mum.

My brother on earth no more…

You brother on earth no more
Were most of what a mother wishes for
So watching her sob at this news
Wasn’t new news to my heart’s expectations.
What hovers in that head of hers’?
I know what hovers round my head,
Nothing but a plethora of questions;
What is it like when we die?
Do we still miss our mothers?
What do we see? Is there another
You recognize? I am just a child of nature
Confessing my ignorance in these matters
You now live …. What a life it must be.
Yes, I will go to school, make something good for myself
Find a woman to love, and who loves me,
There’ll be children raised into responsible world citizens
And all …
But now the choke in the throat prevents breath
As I fight these tears, thinking I need be strong now,
But I can’t say its hard, I won’t,
Though you see through how I feel.
Yeah, this is the part when the memories come flooding in,
The times when you made it a joy
Having you around – you entertained us to no limit-
But I also remember the quiet times,
When you said my path was a high-responsibility calling,
When you imbued me with your confidence,
I still appreciate all the help.
The earth now wraps your cloak,
Used to touch those you did
And I am extremely grateful for the opportunity
Of knowing a spirit like yours. We bear so much alike,
Seemingly kind, we see much of life alike
But your outlook was not your down fall,
If it was, I’d better pick a nice spot on the ground,
For I’ll be interned soon,
But noooo, not your outlook. Some who try to be kind,
Nice, good, die young, some don’t
You just had to leave us when you did,
Why? I don’t claim knowledge of an explanation,
But I do claim knowledge of this;

Youwere active in my being here, as who I am
and my thoughts for you are loving, spurring you ever higher wherever you are

Dancing with a dream

As you fell into my arms

A perfect fit

The feeling, felt so right

We gazed into each others eyes

We knew it

As we grasped each other

And held so tight.

The pounding of our hearts

Beating to the melody

Of Sinatra crooning

“I’ll never smile again.”

The smile was there

For fifty six years

Suddenly the music stopped,

You left

Called home.

Now

I’m all alone.

Awaiting my call

Beaconing me home.
