God Created

                                                            When God created

Land, sea and sky

Something was missing,

So that is why 

He created marriage

                                              To allow man and bride

To create

Their own children

And enjoy them

With pride.

 

 Lauren and Kevin

Created their first child

Riley Terese

Who’ll need

loving care and devotion

For quite a while.

 

This beautiful child

Will cement Mom and Dad’s

 Love for each other,

And hopefully

Riley Terese

Will have many

A

Sister or Brother.

    Ten grandchildren! Wow, what a lucky man. I have only two grandchildren; two sweet little girls. One is old enough now to call me Papa. The other one is only two months old. Your poem is a nice tribute. Maybe I’ll post the poems that I have written to my two little girls as well. I love writing poems to them; they’re such an inspiration.
