jasmine hermit moon
crescent shadows blaze in play
come now ripe heavy full
autumn bares no seed of man

Among the fields of faded dreams
When day is done, or so it seems,
I stand beside the padlocked gate
And watch the evening as I wait,
While breezes call from shadows deep
As willows hang their heads and weep,
The dreams of evening speak to me
About the things they want to be.
New born beginnings, new romance,
Scattered windblown flowers dance,

Sitting at the dinner table,
Want to eat but I’m not able,
Wearing this strait ‘dinner jacket’,
Doctors say that I’m not stable.
Sucking beverage through a straw,
For I cannot move my jaw,
Doctors think that I will bite,
And they think that I will claw.

Though they think that I may worsen,
Just because I threaten people,

Worry will take over sometimes. We read blogs in the dark, not knowing the whole story, only seeing what the writer wants us to see. We get concerned. A reader might say this to her favorite author:
Are you doing fine? Could you tell me why you write stories about dark places?
