I remember clearly our first date
On a lovely Christmas eve
We joked, laughed and drank champagne
My luck I couldn’t believe

For she was beautiful, intelligent
And everyone could see
That angels really do exist
As one was sitting with me

Many years have passed now
That angel is now my wife
And I have to thank the lord
For bringing her into my life

She brightens up my days and nights
No man could ask for more
I really truly have been blessed
With this woman I adore

And even through life’s ups and downs
On this rollercoaster ride
I know I’ll always get through them
With my angel by my side

cold blooded killers, for the most part
truly societies bane
predators at heart,, feeding sick minds
staving off their pain..

the ones that perished within these walls
denied admittance to the next plane
walk the halls, of a full moon
it has become their domain..

they have been spotted on a midnight clear
feeding on the slain
at banquet tables rich with blood
drinking expensive champagne

so tread lightly here,, if at all you must
better to refrain
for inside these hallowed halls they dwell
much to their disdain…
