I stand beside the padlocked gate

While breezes call from shadows deep
As willows hang their heads and weep,
The dreams of evening speak to me
About the things they want to be.
New born beginnings, new romance,
Scattered windblown flowers dance,

When friends are gone
Family is there for you, but you feel the need for a one on one friend.
When you failed at your test, when your dreams seems far fetched, when you are alone, no one around who truly understands you.
Not a friend remained in spite of how they claim to have known you.

The winters come and winters go,
And some have rain and some have snow,
But there is something you should know,
Some things remain the same.
At times they’re wet, at times they’re dry,
It’s quite enough to make you cry,

You make my heart skip a beat or two
Mere thoughts of you make me leave this world

Drug abuse has no redeeming value. All it does is destroy.
