Thursdays with Little friends

I look forward to Thursday

To spend some time

With my little friends

It is one day of the week

That I really enjoy no end.

The cordial way that I am greeted

And the respect that I am shown

Gives me the same feeling

That I used to get,

After being away a long time,

And then returning home.

So

Thursday is my special day

And thanks to my little friends

My life is made far richer

And I hope it never ends.

May God bless all of you

And as I depart

I speak these words of gratitude

From the bottom of my heart.
