War Poem, War Machine

Machines of war
the cogs of fate.
They’re made to kill
and teach of hate.

I worship death
your enemy.
I track you down
Don’t let you flee.

So run as can
and run real well
You’re in my sight
but you can’t tell.

This is the game
Its you or me.
’tis rather grim
the choices be.

These are the thoughts
that I do figure
with my finger
on the trigger.

Goodbye for now
your lucky clover.
Do rest in peace
for you its over!

Ahem…. really? Oh… err… well where I come from we all spell it that way…. but just to be in sink with the rest of the English speaking population I guess I can make a minor adjustment…. But no more infringing on my artistic license!

I appreciate the tipoff by the way… and no i think i will leave the comment, to serve as a reminder to myself to check my spelling a little better.
